OK, two questions;

When you select the 'download (to your laptop)' option to save the CP500 parameters, are there any parameters that are NOT saved? I'm thinking specifically of any "A" chain related parameters.

Next: There is a text file that is created after downloading. Can you simply edit that file, then up load it back up to the CP500? I tried to do it, but it didn't work. I was wondering if there was some kind of checksum that I didn't satisfy or something.....

John,
AFAIK it saves ALL parameters (it would be much less useful if it did not) and the text is merely for your own enjoyment (and can tell you what to set everything to if the upload fails)
