Author Topic: Knock-off splicer? Daniel Burns Film Handler Posts: 52 From: dallas, TX, USA Registered: Jan 2003 posted 01-14-2003 12:41 PM                     We received a new splicer from NCS and thought it was a Neumade 35ss, but come to find out it was a Splycmar 35tk. It looks just like the Nuemade, but it doesn't cut as well, and the paint was chipping off when we received it. Go figure? The Westar surely looks to me like a Neumade, but where the metal label should appear is a white fuzz. Is this a knockoff?
