Hey Guys,
I have a Neumade Model "B" Bench rewinder that I am rebuilding and I have a question about the feed reel mechanism clutch. Thats the one that supplies tension and also controls the shutoff on the rewinder when the reel is empty.
Anyway, after dissassembling the thing I found that it looks like it was greased and that the grease has since dried up into black useless matter.
The question is, should this area be greased and what type to use?
Thanks!
