Is this possible? I was told that for some of the reverse scans, Kelmar makes an adapter sleeve that allows the scanners to fit the RCA's . Well, if the reverse scan is the same diameter as the century slit lens, common sense would state that this also would work for converting the slit lenses. What I'm trying to do is cheaply change out the 1 mil original slit to a .5 mil slit. I was given an almost brand new century .5 mil slit. Any suggestions? Thanks

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work. Why not make a sleeve with some tubing? Find some with the right diameter and cut a slit down the side with a hacksaw. When you tighten the fitting, the tubing will compress around the lens and hold it solidly in place.

Well, it would work but the damn thing is too long. Remember the RCA's are short and fat and the Century's are skinny. Just rying to save a buck, but thanks anyway
