I got some Dolby CP-45 processors (B-Stock) that came without those paper cards to mark EQ settings.

Is there an actual Cat No. for those?

More importantly, what about the metal lockdown plates that cover up the EQ dials?

Does anybody know the part numbers of these?

For reference...

EQ history notation cards (DPN63616)
Front Panel Overlay (DPN63566)

The Front Panel Overlay is the metal plate that covers up the EQ dials.
