Considering getting a spare pay out unit, in case our current one decides to up and die on us.
I worked out it was possible to run a showing using the electric winding bench to control the speed of the platter and a couple of projectionists, one going 'faster, slower' etc and one operating the speed control.
We're a student cinema, so £400 is still quite a bit for us. Any one think that it's worth it, or should I just go and buy that long overdue acadamy lens that we may need?
