I used to live in Arlington,TX. in the early 1980's.
As i recall,sometimes while I was at the GCC 4 over there, I would
look at the equipment through the booth door that was in use at the time. I can't remember what models & brands of projection equipment were in use,but were they Cinemeccanica or something else?

I don't think that 4-plex even exists anymore. Cinemark opened up a stadium seated site near Six Flags a few years ago (I think it is a nine screen site). There was also a Loews/Sony Theaters site nearby as well (one of the first locations in DFW to get SDDS; I watched "Delores Claiborne" there to check it out). Anyway, I'm not even sure this GCC 4-screen was even there in the early 1990's. I don't remember it.

That theater did not exist in the 1990s. It closed sometime in the 80's.
