Author Topic: Zoom Ring on Lens Loose Bill Enos Film God Posts: 2081 From: Richmond, Virginia, USA Registered: Apr 2000 posted 03-26-2002 12:09 AM                     The zoom ring on the zoom adaptor on our 16mm is very loose. There is no resistance. I've been tapeing it in place, but there must be a fix. It's a Kowa. Was there some sort of viscous stuff in the mechanism or what? If there was, can I just dribble something under the ring and into the mech. without it getting inside the optics?  |  IP: Logged Paul G. If you don't have a firm answer from other forum members, I would recommend you contact the distributer for suggestions.
