I know this is a regional question, and I apologize. However, the Megastar Southdale cashier (hate to bring their name up again) was telling a customer that GC Centennial Lakes, which is nearby and competes with them for movies, was closing at the end of Jan. She said this was because MGM (?, did she mean AMC) had bought out all GC's. I was skeptical, mainly since GC has been out-grossing them. Of course, Centennial is still open and doing well. Do any projectionists from Minnesota know if Centennial is closing?
