Whats the average projectionist (non-union)pay these days in a 16 plex or bigger for someone with 20 years experience?

As you can see, we have beaten this subject to death in another thread titled How Much Do You Get Paid. My mama always told me to think before I spoke. Perhaps that should be amended to read before you type.

Brad,
There was a thread that began at the end of last month about projectionist pay. Ian Price bumped it up to the top of the list in the Film Handler's Forum. When you read this it should be near the top of the page. The Thread is called "how much do you get paid?" I think you'll find your answers there.
