I know this model is discontinued, but we have 2 units that have bad DSP Cards in them that cause analog audio droputs and I keep getting the same info from Sony that the parts are hard to get. Its also odd they we have gotten re-furbished DSP cards for our 2 problem units, but these replacement parts are defective as well. We have had to send them back again and get new re-furbished DSP Cards sent back to use again, yet only to find out, they won't work. I believe our one Tech repairmen gave up on getting Sonys Help. He also had problems downloading the s/w to put on these DSP card.
