I have noticed in the last few days that Film-Tech has been very slow. Have others had this problem or is it just me? Thanks.

John

No problems here. And I usually have Windows on the verge of crashing with 8 or 9 apps going all at once.

It may have been slow a good chunk of last evening/night as I was typing up resources with everyone's new pictures, but even accessing it as I am tonight from a laptop and AOL dialup, it seems pretty zippy. It's probably with your ISP.

Film-Tech is optimized for AOL and is the only ISP that we think is "kick ass". Does anyone dare to disagree? I didn't think so. Life wouldn't be worth living if it wasn't for AOL.

I haven't noticed any change on Film Tech, but the Schneider page either responds Extremely slow or not at all. That's been going on for the last week or so

Thanks for the info. I bet it is my ISP because I have a new DSL service in town and they are still working out the bugs. As far as AOL is concerned, I have not used it much but what I have used on it i can't see why people would use it. Im sure I must be missing something though.

Could it be that now that everyone has a "mug shot", the added data for the graphics just takes a bit longer to download? Might not be noticable on a high speed cable modem or DSL, but a slow modem might take a few seconds longer per page.
