Hi,
Do any of you use a fixed timesheet? That is: Screen One, 1st programme, Adverts/Trailers 12:00, Feature 12:20 etc. or, Do you all write new ones every week? or, Does your management write them? I am looking to stabilise, the erratic programming, foisted on us, every week, by incompetent managers, (Oops, did I say that?) So if anybody has a steady workable (by one man, in multi boxes) timesheet, please share it with me?
Cheers

We use excel spreadsheets which have the start time of the movie running down the far left hand column, the screen number in a smaller column to the right of that, the title of the movie in the next column to the right, and the end time in the far right hand column.
Management takes care of these for us.

We also have a master list that goes by screen number with the times listed from left to right (Start times on top of a two column set, end times on the bottom), but that's only for posting in our office.
