Here's the question for the skilled Film-Tech reader.

What was the first day of Todd-AO/DP70 performance in the following countries (I'm looking for the opening date of Todd-AO in each country):

Algeria, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Finland, France, Holland, Hong Kong, Iraq, Iceland, Jamaica, Japan, Lebanon, Malaya, Malta, Morocco, Mexico, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Rumania, Russia, Scotland, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunis, Venezuela and Vietnam.
