Author Topic: Cinemeccanica turret problems Paul Cunningham Expert Film Handler Posts: 146 From: Melbourne, Australia Registered: Jun 2000 posted 07-01-2001 09:48 AM                     We currently trying to troubleshoot our lens turrets but require some information. They are 2 lens turrets and have 4 microswitches mounted on a small circuit board. These microswitches are activated by a combination of rivets and 'rails' around the turret. What does each microswitch do/control ? The intermittent problems we are having are, 1) The turret continues to spin around without stopping 2) The aperture plate (motor driven not solenoid) does not go to C/S when the lens does, it seems to want to go the other way.
