Author Topic: Painting Lamp Houses Bill Enos Film God Posts: 2081 From: Richmond, Virginia, USA Registered: Apr 2000 posted 06-18-2001 01:10 AM                     A deal is in the offing for the purchase of 2 nearly new Kneisley lamps at an extremely good price. Trouble is aesthetics and aesthetics is what this place is all about, top to bottom. Black wrinkle is the finish on projectors & lamps now. These lamps in grey won't look period enough. The question is---do the outsides of lamps get hot enough to require high temp. paint. They will be done by an an auto painter so quality of application will be high.  |  IP: Logged James R.
