Does anyone have any training materials on computer? I am looking at trying to to set an online training program for my guys. If any one has anything or knows where I can find some please let me know. Many Thanks.

I just bought a video cam for myself. My main use for it is going to be keeping in touch with my family (500+ miles away) but I have had ideas about using it to make some QT videos on booth training. (How-to... and things like that.)

My idea is to have a CD that one could give to a newbie and let him/her take it home to play on the computer. It would give him a nice overview of what is expected of him when he starts working "for real". As this person progresses, I would give him more CDs that go into more and more detail on different subjects, like xenon lamp changing and replacing diodes, etc.

Aside from the time issues involved I have to find some guys in my area that are good enough to help make the video. (And who LOOK good enough to be IN the video. )
