According to tday's Orange County Register (So. Cal) Edwards officials announced the plans to sell out majority stock in the Edwards circuit to Philip Anschutz and an investment capitol company know as Oaktree!
(According to) The article also states that
Oaktree was involved in the aquisition of Edwards by Anschutz.

They seem to have some looser companyies there. Oaktree is rumoured to be financing the Onex takeover of Cineplex Odeon Canada
