Bill Lawrence, head of the National Museum of Photography, Film and Television in the UK sent me the following notice with the agenda for the March 2001 Widescreen Weekend in Bradford, England:

OK, here is the Widescreen Weekend. There may be some alterations on the
day.

Friday 9

7.00 Heaven's Gate 70mm

Saturday 10
10.00 Cinerama Holiday
1.00 Discussion groups
2.00 How the West Was Won
7.00 The Making of 2001
8.00 2001: A Space Odyssey 70mm

Sunday 11
10.00 Cineramacana
12.00 Vistamorph
2.00 Signal: Adventure to Space 70mm
4.30 Camelot
8.15 2010

Monday 12
1.30 Playtime 70mm

+ Lots of other new films screening and IMAX titles.

TICKET PRICES
All shows £4.40/£3.00 (concesssions) except 2001: A Space Odyssey is £10
(but you do get the pre-stuff as well) Discussion groups are free.

A ticket of £40 for the weekend also gets you drinks at a special reception
at 5pm Friday and a delegates pack of goodies!

I sure do envy those lucky bastards getting there....

There is no format listed on Camelot and 2010 - does that mean ---not 70 ???

If 70: Beware - many Camelot prints were cut on the most cruel way at premiere: Minus one or two verses of every song !!
