I also like how in the middle of the reel-shortly after this-the framing 'shifts' up like someone is turning the framing knob. I haven't looked at the heads and tails yet (didn't build this one) but being a Miramax print, I smell Deluxe Hollywood. I say go digital .  |  IP: Logged John Pytlak Film God Posts: 9987 From: Rochester, NY 14650-1922 Registered: Jan 2000 posted 01-27-2001 07:56 PM                        Methinks the unexposed print stock jumped off the picture printing sprocket on the printer, and then reseated itself. When the negative and print films are not in contact, much of the light doesn't reach the print film, producing the underexposed light frames. Jumping the sprocket may shift the framing. The soundtrack is printed on a different head on the printer, so it is likely okay. Obviously, demand a replacement reel. ------------------ John P. Our next show was at one ten. Two reels off, then two back one, all in fifteen minutes.
