We're playing "The Watcher" starting tomorrow so I checked out the website. When it first opens, another window pops up in front of it with a large R rating block, with a full explanation of what the R rating means (not just for this movie but for any r-rated film.)

I think this is a nice touch. A step in the right direction, at least.

Re the debate by the gov't and film people about marketing R-rated films....I'm waiting for one of the studio execs to be REALLY honest and say "Of course we market to kids...who else would pay to watch some of this crap?"
