Author Topic: Yoyo Man Richard Quesnelle Film Handler Posts: 67 From: Penetang, Ontario, Canada Registered: Mar 2000 posted 08-09-2000 10:25 PM                     We have an older Balco 5 platter system. It has seen a lot of work in it's time is beginning to show it's wounds. The arm attached to the yoyo which allows the platters to engage, does not sit properly inside the hole. The hole has gotten bigger over the years and also the spring pushes it out after you try to jam it in. My boss won't replace it, but I was wondering what to do anyway. The bushing should have a bore that will fit the pin. The simple solution would be to go slightly higher and drill a new hole the same size. Be careful not to damage the control wiring inside.  |  IP: Logged
