I've got a Model 4000 ORC Xenon lamphouse and need parts and a manual.... but I can't find any web-sites or phone #'s for ORC. Are they gone?

The link to their web-site from Film-Tech is a dead link.

And their (213)969-3344 phone number is no longer valid.

The area code has been changed. Their number should be: (626) 815-3100 or 1-800-755-LAMP. Their fax is: (626) 815-3074

They were known as E.G.&G./ORC Lighting Products for a while.

Barry;
If you're looking for equipment info and support, Strong International bought the ORC Cinema Products Division about 8 years ago. You can check for manuals through our website at: www.strong-cinema.com.
If you're looking for lamps, the above contact info is correct.

Barry: That's an older lamphouse, and ORC's been out of the equipment business for ages. You'll have a pretty hard time finding parts for it, unless Strong can help.

Also, the AW-2 platters are obsolete.

Some of the orc assemblies are interchangeable with CFS and LP Associates
if Strong doesn't have them check with LP first
