The CA21 automation manual at film-tech seems a little dated. Does anyone own the latest manual and if possible be added to the manuals section. How does one change the 24Hr clock display on the CA21 to the standard am/pm version?

We've got the new manual, but haven't had the spare time yet to get it (and a lot of others) uploaded yet. It will be coming soon.

The only way to get AM/PM is to have a new chip made by Pennywise.
