Does anyone have a spare copy of the latest version Mission Impossible 2 trailer they can send me? (Flat or scope.) We're opening the film on the 24th and all we have is the crappy teaser trailer, and of course Paramount is out of stock.

I would be glad to reimburse you for your postage costs. Please email me privately if you can help out. roxy@mcn.net

They have sent us, four MI2 posters and two MI2 hats, but alas, no trailers. By the way, we are an art house and are not going to be playing MI2, ever!

The new 14 plex is getting 5 prints of the thing. I predict, one good weekend, then nothing.

Hey!

I just received Ad Slicks for MI2, as well.

Perhaps they are trying to tell us something?

You could have one of mine but it'd never get there in time.

I'm so sick of the damn thing...considering those teasers have been out since Christmas and they basically just expanded the teaser for the regular trailer they must have been through a million times!

I don't think we have two that have identical dates on them... we've got:
Summer 2000
Dec 26
June 1st
Coming Soon
July 21st

I think it actually does open here on June 1st though. One thing's for sure... once it opens, those trailers are going back straight away! (With the date slap bang in the middle of the trailer, there's not much point in keeping them anyway. When will they learn to put the dates at the end without audio over the top? Don't the studios WANT their trailers run after a film opens?)
