I don't exactly have the best boss as a teacher. He told me I have to feel the whole thread-up procedure myself (not exactly what I wanted to hear). I almost never have an out-of-frame problem with the C projectors because of the screws and view hole. It's that darn CC projector that sometimes throws me off. Are there any tips on framing from the experts?

Thanks Again everyone.

Richard

Once a picture is perfectly framed, NEVER touch the framing knob again. When threading make sure the intermittant is in the "stop" position, line up the frame lines at the edges of the apeture place, and advance a few frames BY HAND to verify everything is good. Also a good idea to double check your loops this way too...

NO movie should ever be started out of frame.

Richard:

Why would the CC throw you off and the C be OK? They are the exact same projector, the only difference being that the CC has double shutters, the rest of it should be identical on the film side...
