Are there any seminars or courses related to projectioning (most importantly those in the Toronto area)?

The reason why I am asking is that I only know the basic platter and reel theory and have limited knowledge on projector repairs and newer projectioning formats (Dts, Dolby, etc)and equipment.

I read the posting for projectioning manuals and found it very helpful.
