Have any of you heard of this one:
Our Dolby CP-65 will not go into non-sync at show's end. This only happens when it attemps to switch from SRD. It works fine, when it will go from SR to Non-Sync. But not from digital. I am usually on here almost every day, if you need more info.

I'm assuming you have a DA20 hooked up to it? Are you using the later model "A" card with "auto-digital" selected on? What happens when the tail leader runs through? Does it fallback to SR or stay in digital?

Is there an EX adaptor installed
also is the pulse to nonsync at the same time as the changeover close pulse occuring
It can happen that the DA20 ,is sending the fall back to sr at the same time as the automation is sending the nonsync pulse try puting some black on the ned of the film and delaying the showend foil

I'll try to answer most of your questions now.

Brad: We do have a DA20 hooked up to it, as far as the "A" card I'll check and see later today. As far as the tail, it will remain in digital until the changeover closes.

Gordon: I can't answer anything about the EX Adapter. Our changeover closes the same time as the non-sync pulse. Also you may be right on the money as far as the SR and Non-sync pulses at the same time. I will try to delay the foil a bit. This started last week when we opened "Drowning Mona"

Thanks:

By the way, we do not have an EX adapter.
