Author Topic: ORC 1000 Lamphouse Michael Labbe Film Handler Posts: 12 From: Biddeford, Maine USA Registered: Sep 1999 posted 01-28-2000 01:13 PM                        I am currently working on a ORC 1000 Lamphouse,(supply and bulb are all in the same unit no larger then a large lunchbox). When the circuit breaker on the unit is turned on the unit buzzes loudly and the circuit breaker trips off. I have changed all four diodes as well as the blocking diode. The service manual states the problem is most likely the control board. When I remove the control board the unit will not trip the breaker. It is my understanding that this board is no longer available. Any ideas who could repair the board. I have already changed all diodes and signal transformer on the board with no luck. There are at least 5 caps on the board and quite a few transistors.
