Author Topic: DTS Problem Rob Brooks Film Handler Posts: 57 From: NY, U.S.A. Registered: Oct 1999 posted 10-27-1999 09:02 PM                     I get a loud banging noise on theater speakers when running DTS. This problem is usually after 5 minutes and on every movie run in DTS. When I try the Audio DTS level discs it sounds fine in the theater. Which channels does it come from? Also, what model of the DTS player do you have? If mobile, does the problem follow the unit? Does it do it on every performance or only the first show of the day? Does this problem occur on trailers or only feature? Is there any indication on the DIGITAL, TIMECODE, CD-ROM or READY lights? Is the "banging noise" just one single bang, or a series of them?  |  IP: Logged
