I don't work with Century projectors much, but one of my friends just took over a six plex with 5 Century "SA" projectors and one Century "CC" projector. I couldn't believe it until I saw it for myself, but none of them had any picture changeovers!

We are going to purchase and install picture changeovers, but what is the proper Essannay Electric ZIPPER changeover to fit these machines? Is it the CCW, CN, CV599, or the CV653? I don't want to buy a Kelmar changeover---don't like them.

CV653. They don't make them anymore, but Wolk still sells them. Or, at least, they sell parts for them...I had to replace the coil in one of them last December. I think they charged something like $70 for the coil and $10 or so each for the changeover blade and the flexible cable.
