I run a single screen theatre and am looking for a suggestion for boxoffice-report printing software. I use an ancient program called "Theatre Report Writer" right now, but it is from the pre-Windows days and is not Y2K-compatible. I'm not looking for ticket printing or anything fancy. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Mike...check out www.sensiblecinema.com This is an inexpensive, single or networked, ticketing system/reporting system developed by an independent theatre owner. Its fairly widely used in the industry (see the list of theatres on the site and call some theatres to get their impressions). I believe you can also get a demo of it from Rusty (the creator). Another nice thing about the Sensible Cinema site is it has links to other ticketing systems, so you can check them out too. Good Luck. Ky Boyd
